Medical Centre Fit Out
This project involved the comprehensive fit-out of both a Treatment Room and Reception area for a medical centre, blending elegance with functionality. The challenge was to create a refined space that avoided the cold, clinical feel often associated with medical environments while preserving the heritage features of a 100-year-old building.
55 Grenfell Street
This project involved the transformation of Level 6 at 55 Grenfell Street into three spec tenancies, designed and built to be move-in ready for future tenants. Building on our earlier work in part of Level 6, this project was initiated through a strong relationship with the Building Property Consultant, who re-engaged us based on the quality and success of our previous collaboration.
Lift Cancer Care
This specialised fit-out for Lift Cancer Care Services, located within the Tennyson Centre, was designed to support their critical work with oncology patients. With services operating throughout the project, it was essential to deliver on schedule and with minimal disruption, ensuring that Lift could maintain its focus on patient care.
PTC Tech Hub Repairs
Boscobel Built transformed a cold shell space into a vibrant retail destination for PTC Tech Hub Repairs, by executing structural enhancements, installing modern fixtures, and meticulously finishing the project to create an inviting shopping environment.
Pearson Professional Centres
This was our second project working for Sydney based fit out specialists Morphos to deliver a new testing facility for Pearson PC (PPC) at 55 Grenfell Street. Previously, in June 2018, we were engaged by Morphos to deliver the fit out of a new testing facility for PPC at 76 Waymouth Street.
Enterprise Car Rentals
The project involved the refurbishing of an empty shell tenancy to establish a well branded city based office for Enterprise Car Rentals. Primarily based around new flooring and joinery, the end result was the creation of an office synoptic of the Enterprise brand.
Weber Grill Academy
This project involved refurbishing selected aspects of a stunning third floor entertainment space overlooking Victoria Park to create the ‘Weber Grill Academy’ – a spectacular themed venue where Weber can showcase their diverse range of products.
Mott MacDonald
Engineering Consultants Mott MacDonald, whose HQ are in Adelaide, partnered with Boscobel Built to partly refurbish & rework areas of their mezzanine offices at 22 King William Street. This was to temporarily accommodate new staff members ahead of a move to new premises under construction on North Terrace.
C3MG
The project involved the establishment of 3 x new self contained offices within an existing tenancy. To minimise the interference to the ongoing operation of the business we had 3 weeks in which to complete the fit out.
Bakmi Lim Noodle Project
The project involved the fit out of a shell spec tenancy within the basement of newly refurbished busy food court in the City. The agreed scope of works was based on the client’s inspired concept design package.
Mecca Cosmetica
As home to over 100 premium lifestyle and fashion stores, Burnside Village is Adelaide’s premier shopping centre so the brief was to produce a sharp, cutting edge boutique style concept that would blend seamlessly with its opulent and luxurious surroundings.
UBA
This project involved transforming an existing mezzanine level shell (5.6m x 17m) within UBA’s fully-operational warehouse. The scope included delivery of new offices, a boardroom & kitchen.
The Nail Bar
The project involved the fit out of a 110 sq.m shell spec tenancy. Boscobel worked with the client to document the concept & vision for the flagship store which included Back of House and Retail Area fitouts.
Essential Safety & Workwear
This project was an in store fit out for a new retail tenancy. Due to the type of business, the fit out was more about being practical than needing to be too flashy with interior design but the custom woodwork was definitely an aspect of the project that we were proud of.
Bryce’s Bakery
The project involved the removal & disposal of the existing shop frontage, the installation of the new shop frontage, electrical & lighting upgrade. The final concept for the store was the result of months of discussion between the client, our joinery suppliers & Boscobel Built.
