Office Fit Out for C3MG.

About the project.

This was our first project for C3MG. The project involved the establishment of 3 x new self contained offices within an existing tenancy.

To minimise the interference to the ongoing operation of the business we had 3 weeks in which to complete the fit out.

The key challenge we faced was getting materials up to Level #7 given the location of the building & the limited availability of the loading bay dock.

The agreed scope of works included:

  • New partitions walls

  • New doors, glazing and hardware

  • Painting

  • Wall cladding
