About the project.

This was our first project working with UBA & we hope it will be the first of many given our experience of working with Jamie & the team.
This project involved transforming an existing mezzanine level shell (5.6m x 17m) within their fully operational warehouse to deliver new offices, a boardroom and kitchen
The project documentation was excellent which detailed well appointed accommodation with high end fixtures and finishes.

The scope of works involved:
New stairs to access the space
Balustrading to stairs and landing area
New partitions and doors (PC Aluminium framed & glazed system)
New flooring
1st & 2nd Fix Electrical & Plumbing
New Joinery items.
Office Furniture
Extensive glazing
Painting
