About the project.

This project involved the transformation of Level 6 at 55 Grenfell Street into three spec tenancies, designed and built to be move-in ready for future tenants. Building on our earlier work in part of Level 6, this project was initiated through a strong relationship with the Building Property Consultant, who re-engaged us based on the quality and success of our previous collaboration.

The scope of works focused on delivering versatile, functional, and visually appealing spaces that would attract potential tenants. From concept design and space planning to the final fit-out, the project was tailored to meet the client’s vision while ensuring seamless integration within the existing building structure.

- External frontage for each tenancy on Level 6
- Construction of internal walls, partitions, new doors, and hardware
- Acoustic insulation to enhance soundproofing between tenancies
- New flooring installation throughout
- Bespoke joinery, including kitchenettes, cupboards, splashbacks, and benchtops
- Comprehensive electrical works, including data points, power circuits, data cabinets, and emergency lighting
- Plumbing installations
- Painting across all spaces
- Supply and installation of loose furniture
- Window treatments for added functionality and aesthetics
- Routine rubbish removal and detailed cleaning for a polished finish
Seeing each tenancy come to life and generate strong leasing interest was incredibly rewarding. This project further strengthened our relationship with the Property Consultant, and we are proud to have delivered functional, stylish spaces that meet the needs of future tenants.
